• Kehinde Toyo serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at Dudu-Naj Limited, leveraging over fifteen years of extensive experience in various facets of commercial law. She holds a LLB (Hons) from the University of Lagos and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, Bwari, Abuja. Her expertise spans corporate governance, compliance, oil and gas law, property law, technology law, and media and entertainment law.

• She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN) and the Nigerian Bar Association, and she received her Notary Public appointment in 2021. Her profound legal acumen and understanding of regulatory compliance enable Dudu- Naj Limited to navigate complex legal landscapes, mitigate risks, and uphold high standards of corporate governance.
